With several years of past experience in sales and design roles at a model home interior design firm, Kate excels at staging and styling homes to attract a specific market buyer. Kate also has experience with renovation projects (large and small), working with contractors, and local permitting requirements. She truly loves using her design vision to help clients turn the house they buy into the perfect fit for their lifestyle.
A Maryland native, Kate grew up in Western Howard County’s serene and rural Woodbine. After graduating from Glenelg High School, she earned a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University where she was a four-year NCAA Division I swimmer. After living in the DC metro area for several years, Kate is thrilled to call the Annapolis area her home and lives in Annapolis with her husband and two children. As a United States Naval Academy and military wife, Kate is very familiar with relocation and military PCS. When not working, the proud college football fanatic is frequently spotted around town wearing orange in support of the Clemson Tigers.
