Sellers rely on her understanding of the marketplace and talent for preparing and positioning homes for the market. Buyers rely on her extensive knowledge of the Annapolis area and her ability to match buyers with homes, often before they even hit the market. When you work with Whitney, you can expect thoughtful connections, commitment to excellent service, full team access, custom plans and curated home searches, and guidance through your entire transaction.
Whitney is a second‐generation Realtor® from Richmond, Virginia. Her love of real estate began at an early age. She grew up attending open houses, visiting new construction, and tagging along to showings with her father. She loved hearing about his clients and witnessing the way he helped them fulfill their dreams of owning a home. His mentorship and example paved the way for her service-minded leadership.
Prior to launching her career in real estate, Whitney worked on Capitol Hill as a scheduler for a Congressman and in various fundraising and consulting positions in Atlanta, Georgia. Her attention to detail, poise and patience under pressure, and shrewd research skills position her to represent her client’s specific needs. Because of her own family’s many relocations, she understands that buying or selling your home can be an emotional process. She and her family moved from the DC area to Annapolis to find a slower pace of life and she is thrilled to help you find a home in this historical city that is truly a hidden gem. Whitney spends most of her free time on the sidelines of the soccer field, volunteering at her children's schools, exercising, and visiting Greenberry Point with her Golden Retriever.
